About the Role
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a key liaison between clients and payment service providers (PSPs), you will manage the onboarding of new payment solutions, ensure productive relationships with PSPs, and stay informed on industry trends. This role involves evaluating payment solutions, negotiating contracts, and identifying new product features to enhance client and market experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Acting as a first point of contact between the client, PSPs and, any other party (where applicable).• Work on the onboarding of new payment solutions for current and future target markets.• Liaising with payment providers, evaluating their solutions, and recommending new methods to the client.• Keeping yourself updated and informed on new payment solutions for the industry through research and networking.• Maintain productive relationships with Payment Servicer Providers (PSPs).• Support the identification of new product features and functionality based on client and market feedback and competitor and industry intelligence.• Establish strong relationships and liaise with and report on current and potential third-party providers.• Review PSP contracts, evaluate costs, success rate and usability to the customer, and negotiate rates and conditions.• Knowledge of payments space (fiat, crypto) in the iGaming industry.• Perform other related duties as assigned.
WHO ARE YOU?
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the online gaming sector or a similar industry.• Basic understanding of payment transaction flow of funds.• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manipulate and interpret data to produce insightful conclusions.• Experience managing competing priorities, with excellent planning skills to meet objectives and goals.• Demonstrated efficiency in promptly handling tasks and adapting well to change.• Proactive mindset, with a solutions-oriented approach and the ability to adjust priorities as needed.• Constructive problem-solving abilities, providing in-depth insights and informed decision-making.• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
